add yghurt n water half cup bth..dnt cuk..just add kbbs..n thn on slw falme cuk...

chkn cream..

boil 1 cup of rice...

chiken breasts.. lngtudnly cut in2 strip longitudinal..similary long cut tomatoes an capsicum of differnet colours
put sm oil in pan..2,3tbspn...put cubed onions in it..cvr n let cuk..t onions stil white add the chiken strips..and stir ,add smal pinch of salt..wen chikn white add chopped mushrooms..put in red n green cpscum..fuull stove and kp on stirning for 1 min..add 100ml cream...n stir..add 2 pinch o salt..and 1 pinch blk peper..and stir...now kp on low flame for sum mintz
line a cup with oil n put oil in it....put the cup on corner of plate and invert the cup...n put the chikn arund it...

fresh lime..add soda water in a galss..and add fresh lemon in it...

kheer and purian..

saw this recipe on tv..avnt made it yet...will in sum time...
bt im saving it bcz its a very important dish 2 master...

purian..
half kilo maida(flour)
100 gm soji
half spoon salt
quartet tabelspoon soda bicarbonate
1tbsp yelow colour
2-3 tbsp ghee(unsaturated fat)

mix the ingredients and make a dough with water...
after a bit hard consitency...further knead the dough with 2,3 tbsp ghee.
keep the dough for 2,3 hours covered
after tht make small balls outo the dough and roll them out using ghee..
with a spinning movement pour them one by one in super heated deep oil utensil,,and keep the puree subermeged in oil until it size increases and serve.

kheer...
2litres milk
half cup rice...soaked in water for atleast 2,3 hours b4 cukin...boiled and mashed and the water not drained.
sugar--6,7tbsp

heat the milk till half a liter evaporates..add the mashed rice and cook till the consistency hardens..then add the sugar and keep on cuking.take care of not covering the kheer,if required cover half only...ad keep on stirring it and keepin all the stuf in...
serve in earthen pots..garnished wid pistachios and aluminium foil..

garlic,onion,ginger,maslalas,olv oil,vingr and chikn mindce,cuk for 8 mins. put mince in a cup of mashed potato,masal and apple mixed mixtture layered in a cup and heat for 15mins in an oven pre heated to 180degrees.
onion cutney..cut one onion ,vinegar,hlf tblspn sugr and hlf lemon,2tbsp regular oil,heat it,wen twitcccccch add i glas o water.add chili falkes and salt pinch wen trnsprnt and let em steam..e

sugr,3tbs cream, 4mngs,3tb sugr,250ml milk and cuk on heat,put in pund cakes crumbleed peices,wenu cn smel it,put of flame and put on sum cndensed milk and frige it.

keema kofta curry

i hadnt expected it 2 taste so yum,cause mum was realy out of patience and v had to cook smfn up quick...so this was wat v came up with quickly,lukin at 2,3 recipes and mixing them up..


keema kofta
for the meat balls
ground meat-1kilo
egg-1
cumin-2tbsp
coriander
onion-2medium
blak pepper-1tbsp
red peper-2tbsp
salt-1tbsp
green chilli-2 finely chopped
bread soaked in water-1
ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp each
yougurt-1-2tbsp

for the curry..
oil- 4-6tbsp
onions-2
tomato-2
ginger ,garlic paste-2 tbsp each
4tbsp yoghurt
red peper-2 tbsp
blak pepr-1tbsp
salt-1.5tbsp
turmeric-half tbsp
cumin-2tbsp
green chillis-1,2
gren

procedure...
1.mix all the ingredients of the meat balls toghetha and make small balls out of it.if posible can grind the ingredients togehter also.more breads may be used if required.

2.saute the onion in the oil,til brown then add the garlic ginger paste..gren chillis,
and cook for few minutes..later on add yoghurt,and spices..and cook for 3,4 minutes
then cuk the tomatoes,in a seperate pan in sum water and oil,and put it in the gravy with the help of strain.

3.add 2-3 cups of water and bring to boil..

4.add the balls in the gravy while on high flame,after adding reduce to low flame and cover the pan,and cook for 20,30 mins..

5.garnish with gingerstrips,green chillis,and coriander leaves and garam masala..
